This site is a tribute to Peter Bradshaw, who was born in Burnley on December 30, 1937. He worked at Rolls Royce, as an apprentice trainer, from 1953 until his retirement in 1993.
As a devout Catholic man, Peter spent over 50 years as a fellow brother of The Knights of St Columba to raise money for charity and support the mission of the Catholic church.
In his spare time and thoughout his retirement Peter enjoyed classical music, British comedy, bird watching and travelling with friends, particularly thoughout Europe and was a regular attendee at Oktoberfest, enjoying many a stein of beer!
He is much loved and will always be remembered.
Peter used to enjoy visiting Duxford air show and sometimes we were able to meet up with him
May he be at peace now in God's loving care.
Peter was a lovely gentleman and a wonderful neighbour. He will be sadly missed. RIP From Enid, Julie and family.
